Engaging With Local Communities
Every second year at Sowilo, students have the incredible opportunity to travel to Samoa and engage with local communities and schools across different regions of the country.
These international trips are a meaningful part of our program, offering students a chance to broaden their worldviews through cultural exchange, service, and hands-on learning.
Sowilo has a long-standing relationship with the Campus of Hope and other Samoan communities, built on mutual respect and shared experiences. Much like our interstate hiking adventures, these international journeys are designed to challenge students, foster personal growth, and deepen their understanding of the world beyond their own.
Specialised Programs
Our specialised programs provide another side to learning other than academic learning.
Often coupled with academic styled programs, specialised programs offer opportunities for learning about yourself, life or other relevant skills that you may not otherwise learn at ‘mainstream schooling’.
